Artifacts are unique, they have better stats than the usual items, they don't load every time the game reboots and they are usually well hidden. They have a timer and a limited load capacity. Only if someone junks the item, or when the timer has run off, there is a new chance of the Artifact being loaded.

The horns are long and curved forming almost a perfect circle. You can imagine the sight of an ox, standing in the sunset with his head raised and the red disc of the sun caught between those horns.

The Souldek is a heavy piece of ceremonial armour worn by demons from 'a certain' mythology. There really isn't any way to tell what this piece of equipment is made from, whatever it is, it isn't from this world. The material isn't very thick - it doesn't look like it provides much protection at all.
